Austin Bankhead

Austin has worked in B2B Revenue Operations, Sales and Marketing for over 18 years and has built revenue operations functions at two unicorn companies.

Prior to founding Unicorn Revenue Operations, Austin led sales operations at Snap Finance, where he drove changes to career paths, coverage, compensation, performance management, and training that enabled Snap to hire over 70 Sales and Client Success reps, achieve triple digit revenue growth, and secure a large capital infusion.

Before Snap Finance, Austin led sales operations at Qualtrics, where he built a 40-person global sales operations team that supported a industry-leading global sales organization. From 2013 to 2018, Qualtrics sales org grew from 70 to 800 people and generated 40-50% YoY revenue growth, resulting in $8 billion acquisition by SAP.

Prior to Qualtrics, Austin held senior marketing roles at Adobe where he helped launch executive marketing, business value consulting, and industry marketing teams. Before Adobe, he held CMO roles at two early-stage B2B healthcare start-ups and led a range of strategic sales, marketing, and product initiatives at La Quinta.

Austin’s early career was shaped at Price Waterhouse LLC and McKinsey & Company. He earned his MBA from the University of Chicago and received a degree in Accounting from BYU.

 
 

Brandon Bussey

Partner

Brandon Bussey has worked in revenue operations, finance, and analytics for over 15 years and has helped scale and build revenue operations at multiple hyper-growth unicorns.

Most recently, Brandon led revenue operations at Entrata where he overhauled the entire revenue technology stack (lead to close), compensation plans, pipeline management process, product packaging, and forecasting to help achieve nearly $100M in incremental revenue.

Prior to Entrata, Brandon built and led a global, 36-person revenue operations team at Lucid Software. From 2018 to 2022, Brandon helped build a premier PLG (Product Led Growth) motion and helped grow revenue by 50%+ annually to $200M+. Additionally, Brandon led Lucid’s International expansion, overhauled the lead to cash process, led all GTM processes for a new product launch, oversaw compensation design, and built all revenue KPIs.

Prior to Lucid, Brandon worked at Qualtrics from 2016-2018 and managed all performance management analytics and dashboards for a 500+ sales team, built a best in class win/loss and product sales analytics, and redesigned the marketing attribution model.

Brandon spent the first 8 years of his career in finance at Concur Technologies and Amazon. He earned his MBA from Seattle University with a focus on financial management and a finance degree from Brigham Young University.
